Pillar 1: Spiritual

You'll need to create or solidify friendships outside of work. Create a quick goal each day to remind you to make contact.

We all need a purpose. For some it can be a hobby you enjoy, volunteer experiences, and yes, even work for pay!

Each day jot down a quick goal. It can be drinking all your water. 10,000 steps. Or maybe its slowing down to smell the roses. You decide.

A lot of us have family issues. Use the journal to remind yourself to stay connected with your family. You might need them someday.
